We’re a husband and wife team with over a decade of experience in video production and storytelling. As the founders of Townfuturist Media, we’ve spent years creating documentary films, brand identity videos, and content that captures the heart of a story.
In our journey, we often found ourselves searching for the perfect studio space—something versatile, inspiring, and designed with creators in mind. That search sparked an idea: why not build the space we’d always been looking for, and share it with our community?
That’s how 823 Grand Luxe was born.
Named after our wedding date, August 23rd, the name represents something deeply personal and meaningful to us. We wanted a name—and a space—that felt grand, elegant, and full of possibility.
